Bug in Modern Business Theme
Hello,
I just bought Modern Business theme yesterday. After installation it is throwing unexpected end of file for mail page template file.
Does anyone has this issue? Does Themesnap even support this theme? I created a ticket yesterday, I did not hear back from you guys. I hope I have not wasted my money on something you dont support.

Hi, let me help with your issue
I see your ticket but please be aware that your ticket was created at 23.53 hrs in our system. That's midnight our time and we do need some sleep every once and a while :)
I will ask my programmer about the error this morning but no one else has reported any errors like this with many versions of this theme being sold till now.
We do support our themes fully if there are bugs. But we do not support modifications to the themes that might cause issues. I'll respond back once I get a little more feedback from my programmer today.

Please ignore my frustration in my last comments. I did not have good experience last time. I bought one theme that I liked and I did not get any support at all not matter what I said or what I said. That was total waste of money. And then I saw your site. I really liked the themes and quickely bought one. However, when I could not get it working, I lost my patience....not again..(I hope you understand my feelings)
Please know that I did not make any changes to the code base as I am not a programmer. I just want it work so that I can beging my work, I am already so late :-(. I am glad that you are working on it.

I understand the frustration of buying something and not being able to complete a setup proces sonly to find no one at the other end for support or guidance.
