Support Guidelines -- Please leave a detailed description of any issue(s) you're experiencing so that we can more quickly diagnose any problems. We do not support issues on altered themes by customers, including altered modules, design changes, etc. Drupal is an open source CMS, so if you experience problems that are third-party module or Drupal core related, we will not be able to diagnose or support those issues. However, we do provide a paid support section for Drupal upgrades, customizations, and Drupal development.

IMPORTANT!: Theme bugs, installation issues, or paid support requests should be submitted through our Support Ticket System. These types of requests submitted through our contact form below will not be answered.
