Digital Magazine release date?

I'm sure you hate questions like this, so I apologize up front.
I'm considering using your Digital Magazine theme for a site of mine, but noticed it requires a fresh database (install profile) so I don't want to put a lot of work into a site if I'll have to start over. So, I was hoping you could give an ETA on the release of Digital Magazine so I can get my ducks in a row.

There is a News Theme due to Release Tomorrow
Hi Dan,
I can't say for sure if we are planning to release the Digital magazine theme anytime soon but from what Jason has said it might be just around the corner :)
Just as an FYI - we are releasing another magazine/news style theme tomorrow and it does NOT require an installation profile and is completely customizable via the CSS file. It is called "ThemeNews".
There are a lot of changes going on at ThemeSnap and as part of our new efforts we are planning to produce more themes that are quick to install, do not require installation profiles and are easy to customize.
Just out of curiosity, what features do you look for in a theme? Easy to install? Flexibility in terms of layout or content? Great looking design? Any suggestions you provide will help us create better themes for customers like you, so don't be shy with the suggestions :)

Is Digital Magazine Available?
On your template page, you don't list Digitalmag as "coming soon" but none of the links are live.
Also, I've purchased a few of your templates but have always had trouble getting a PSD out of you. Will that be changing?
