Realestate site release

Hi ThemeSnap,

I'm just about to open a real estate business in Denmark. It'll be no later than january 2010. I'm looking at Drupal for my website CMS, and I'm very interested in seeing your Real Estate Pro theme.

When do you expect to release?
Do you need a real estate professional for testing?
We could work together, and you could use my site for a reference?

We sent out a poll to Drupal users asking what themes (out of about 6-8 different niches) they'd like to see built. The result showed the real estate theme was last on the list. Therefore, we are getting out another theme or two in the meantime and then coming back around to the real estate theme after those.

We'd rather make something that the majority can use versus just a few. This theme may be back on track by December.

Is there an estimate date for the release of the Real Estate Pro ?

I believe Jasons point doesn't take into account the broader picture.

1. Broader market/poll scope should be looked at
2. New users (search engines) versus current subscibers...
3. I can't find a viable alternative..... I wish I could though, I would buy it....

The bottom line your themes are some of the best I've seen online but I came across your site because of the realestate theme not the other way around. There are 1000s of foreclosures everyday throughout the US. The realestate market doesn't get any hotter for having websites for viewing property. Your ROI will be worth it.

I can definitely see your points. We appreciate the feedback on our themes for sure. More complex themes generally mean more support and requests for customizations -- something we looked strongly at when deciding to put the Drupal real estate theme on hold till this month or later.

I will look at the market in more detail over the next few days and see if we can come up with more information that will hopefully tell us to push forward with this theme.
