Hello themesnap team,

I am trying to intergrade my efficient-theme-drupal-site with Facebook's NetworkedBlogs.

However, when I import my blog feed to my profile, it's displaying a thumbnail of my blog rather than the images imported from my blog post. Why? and how do I fix it?

.ps: I am using a NetworkedBlogs "Pro" account.

Sincerely,
DF

Are you sure you're using the right feed URL?

Hello,
I'm not familiar with NetworkBlogs, but if you're trying to just import a blog feed, the theme (any theme) should not have anything to do with the feed's destination URL, such as: sitename.com/feed for example.

Have you checked the feed directly? If so, does it work while just viewing in your browser? If so, I would not see it being a theme issue.

Let me know

Thanks

Hello Brian, thank you for your reply.

I checked the feed, looks ok. Even the feed directly works properly.

However, I think it is another issue, maybe a drupal issue...

Lets not get stuck at the feed, as the same happens with the node itself. What I mean, is that when I am visiting the node itself (eg. http://mysite.com/node/135 , this includes my article and a couple of pictures), and try to share this on facebook, ONLY the node title and the site title appears with no picture.
Does that mean, that it is not a feed issue, but a drupal one...?

To be more spacific: I cannot share a single post with a photo on facebook, while displaying a thumbnail and a synopsis. ONLY the node title (post title) and the website title appears. No thumbnail, no article summary...!

Any help will be welcome!

Thanks!
DF

Facebook bug...

Ok, this is finally a Facebook bug, and not an Efficient theme nor a Drupal bug.

Here is the related Facebook thread:
http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=2309869772&topic=8354

I did lots of researching on this, and found out that there are lots of people having the same problem using various cms, including Drupal.

Thanks for the update

Yeah, when I searched a while back it seemed that it was not really related to a Drupal issue. With so many issues for NetworkedBlogs, I'd be more inclined to skip using it with Drupal.
