Last article summary on page one doe snot display all related links

The bottom-most article summary in a list of summaries on page one does not display all "actions" For instance, "Share This" and "Read Full Story."

Need more info.

Again, have you changed .tpl, .css, or template code? no one else has ever mentioned this problem, so more information, or more preferred, a URL, would be nice to view this to see if it is a theme issue or changes made post delivery of the theme.
