RSS Feeds?

Has anyone figured out a good workaround for this:

- if you make a Story "Featured" but do not "promote to the front page"....it doesn't appear in the default RSS feed....right?

- if you make a story "promoted to the front page" and "featured" it is duplicated....but does appear in the RSS feed.

Anyone else struggling with this or have a workaround? I'd like to be able to "feature" stories, not have them duplicated, and have all stories listed in the RSS feed.

Added to the Fix Queue

I've added this to a fix queue on our side to see if we can add some code to correct RSS feed handling. Should be able to post something on it by next week.
