When an article whose content is too short to trigger a full story (the entire article is displayed in the summary), the sumary displays the icon for "read full story", but not the textual link for the same.

On which part of the theme?

On which part of the theme - the feature blocks or the normal node/content portion?

This happens for all Drupal themes that I am aware of. This is because the theme has a /node/ page that it "lives" on and this "read full story" text is the default that gets placed on every theme.

Have you switched to one, two, or three more default themes to also see if this happens?
