When saving various areas of the site after editing (views & users definitely), we keep getting a screen that is blank except for "disable rich-text" hyperlinked. Using Safari over Firefox seems a little better, but we still have to hit refresh for it to continue to the screen it is supposed to be heading to (after saving). Any suggestions on how to alleviate this issue?

That issue hasn't been reported before. have you modified any files such as the template.php file? Occasionally, an extra space (line caused by hitting enter) in the template.php file will cause a blank screen where you have to refresh.
Other than that I cannot think of any reason besides some type of module that may be buggy. I would suggest using Charles, a debugging program or the developer extension from Firefox to troubleshoot any possible errors. That might help. Then, let me know if you can post more on the issue.
