Featured Video Block -- what module is recommended?

I saw a post from last year about a "right black sidebar" block, but i'm using 6.x and don't have that. What module would you recommend for using the Featured Video Block? Or do you just create a new block using Full HTML input and embed straight from YouTube?

Storage isn't an issue yet on our server, but we plan to use YouTube embeds for storage anyway.

Im using views and embfield,

Im using views and embfield, i creat a view and set a nodequeu with content type video, i set a block to show only one video ! when i want to set a video to apear (video of day) i just select with the nodequeu, you can see a demo at www.biladi.ma

Install - Adblock Plus(ABP) for Google Chrome (It Blocks ads inside YouTube videos.)

Then at Google Chrome u would find a logo(ABP) to the right of the address bar, Right click on it and select Options.

Then add the link

www.youtube.com##.watch-ppv-vid

DONE! there you go....

and to remove the entire suggested videos, add the below link

www.youtube.com##.watch-module-body
