can publisher support chinese tranditional?

can i use the multilingual feature of drupal, and change languages like english/chinese for publisher?

Drupal 6.x supports many language translations. http://drupal.org/project/Translations

The publisher theme has been used with chinese, french, and other languages but you will need to do some manual translation in addition to the drupal translation module.
