Same Problem as: How do I get the ORANGE header menu bar

Hi,
thanks for the wonderful theme, but I am having the same problem with
the Orange header menu bar not showing. I followed the steps you
outlined above.

1. I copied the new code into style.css
2. I downloaded and copied over the template

Still wont' show. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
