Fatal error on fresh installation
Hi,
I have a fresh installation of a Drupal 5.7. Trying to install Efficient, that I just purchased, but get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _imagecache_get_presets() in /home/u96m4ycl/domains/agendaitaliana.com/public_html/sites/all/modules/efficient/efficient.module on line 104
I did follow step by step your instructions (and noticed some differencies).
Any suggestion? Thx
In fact I can't even access to the Efficient theme administration page. No use, then, to send me the eff-theme-video.mov that I got by e-mail. If you really want to help me, then please let me know why I have this Fatal error. Thx
Hi,
The error "Fatal error: Call to undefined function _imagecache_get_presets()" says that the imagecache presets are not being called. But it sounds like something else since you say the admin page(s) can't even be accessed.
Please send us your login details to your Drupal install (main admin user/pass) and if possible please send FTP access so that we can install/uninstall any modules or the theme there.
The error you received and not being able to access the admin page(s) is not common. In fact, no one has ever reported it to us via the forums or by email. So, to determine what's going on we'd need access to the above.
Click "Contact Us" in the top navigation or email us directly at:
support/at/themesnap.com (of course removing "/at/" and replacing with @)
Thanks
Hey Brian,
I've gotten a fatal error when trying to access the Efficient Theme under Site Configuration. It sends me to a blank page with the text:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _imagecache_get_presets() in /home/envisio8/public_html/web/sites/all/modules/efficient/efficient.module on line 104
I'm using the 2.1 version of imagecache with the required imageapi installed. From one of your other posts, it seems that the imagecache is not being called.
Any solutions?
Thanks!
David
