How do I get content to show up in these places? I can only get "blocks" to show up in them.

I found the installation guide, however, I have one more problem. I installed and activated the "efficient" module, but it is not showing up in my site configuration list. I double checked everywhere, to see if I needed to do anything else and cannot find anything.

I still can't get these to work right because the Efficient module isn't showing up in my site configs. It shows in the module listing, but I can't do anything else.

Efficient module config.
Hi Amnion,
Man, you're having some major issues with the theme :-\
Not sure why - we have had hardly no problems with all of the other installs after people purchasing it.
Do you have CCK set up correctly? Have you assigned a new content type to stories and is it the correct settings? Are you seeing "Featured Block 1," "Featured Block 2," etc. within the imagecache settings page?
Just seems odd that you are having so much trouble...

I don't see "field_featured_image"
After installing, I don't see "field_featured_image" in the Efficient Theme Administration, and if I promote a story to Featured 1, I get this error on the front of the site:
Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/groupbdo/public_html/sites/all/themes/efficient/page-front.tpl.php on line 48
I'm using BlueHost if that's helpful - Please e-mail as soon as possible w/ solution

More concise tutorial
Hi Briam, i´ll have the same problem "I don't see "field_featured_image" in the Efficient Theme Administration", i can put the images and the featured 1 is not working well, the other are perfect, could you send me same tutorial to see were the problem is.

Solved
Thanks a lot Brian, i solved with the tutorial,
If someone else have problems should check:
-story should have a field for the image
-Clean URLs must be active
-The module Imagecache shoud be as in the tutorial (do NO create a new preset)
-The module Efficient must have every Feature block his correct number (by default the 5 Featured block have Featured block 1)
