Installation problems
Hello! We just purchased the Efficient theme for our company and installed it. However, the image part is not correct yet. The field_featured_image was not available, and a few of the presets in ImageCache were not correct as well. I corrected those per your instructions.
I also explicitly added a field featured_image to the story type (via Content Types and CCK). Now field_featured_image shows appropriately, but the image is not displayed still. Is there a path that I should enter in the added image field in the Story type? Please help!

Hi Adriana,
Is it possible that we could take a look at your site with admin user/pass to see what needs to be changed? It's hard to troubleshoot installation as there are a number of possibilities to consider.
If so, please email us directly at support_@_themesnap.com (removing the underscores) so that we can fix your installation issues.
You can change the user/pass once we're done.
Thanks
Brian
Brian,
Thank you for the customer support. I have emailed you the info.
Hope it's easy to solve.
Adriana
Hi Adriana,
We logged in yesterday and clean up a few missed settings. Your theme should be working like our demo now.
Also emailed you that we fixed it.
Hope you enjoy it!
Brian
I am having the same problems that Adriana had. Is it possible you could fix mine as well?
Hi You could email us at the email address listed above to get help if you still need it
I've got the same issue, I've sent you my info.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare efficient_install() (previously declared in /home2/iphonena/public_html/modules/efficient/efficient.install:5) in /home2/iphonena/public_html/sites/all/modules/efficient/efficient.install on line 64
A few weeks ago you looked at my site and concluded that I needed a clean install to resolve an unidentified clash between modules. To make a long story short, I did so, importing much of the info from my original database into my new database. It worked long enough for me to get the site to look right, but there are serious problems in the site so I plan to start over.
Here's where I'm at. I'm starting from scratch with a //localhost setup. I have done nothing yet on this new site other than load the modules required for the Efficient theme. Everything seemed fine through the step of setting up the Image cache settings. But once I clicked on the Efficient theme link, the Image fields are all empty.
Can you give me a clue of what might be wrong?
Thanks.
Hi Monika, received your email and believe the problem is fixed now...
Please post more information or send us a message for support by using the "contact us" at the top of the site.
I purchased the efficient theme and tried to install on a fresh dev instance. In the efficient theme config, all of the "Image field for Featured block [X]:" fields are blank in the drop down menus. Home page gives me this error:
"Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in [snip]/page-front.tpl.php on line 48"
Did I do something wrong? Thanks.
Same problem as otterhop
Ok -- I added a "featured_image" cck field to the Story content type, and viola--i could then configure the efficient theme (featurued_image was in the dropdown).
Unrelated question, tho -- are Mission and Slogan utlized in this theme?

Hi
In my local installation efficient module settings is in the list, but not in the online installation. I tried to reinstall the module but nothing to do. It has no access controll settings too. Any idea?
Regarding the precedent post, I couldn't see the Efficient settings because I was not logged as admin, but as an administrator user. Anyway, it is quite unusual, you should fix it...
Hey guys...
I'm trying to get my installation to work and struggling with what I think is a pretty simple problem. The theme and installation is working 100% except that only a portion of the imagecache image URL is printing out in the HTML. Once I figured out what was supposed to be printing I tested the correct URL (firefox extention "firebug" = awesome) and realized that my images are being correctly resized and stored....imagecache seems to be doing its job but the template won't render the correct path to the image. I did not edit anything in the template....it is completely stock.
Any ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance...
Ross
