Problems with Fresh Install

Hi,
I went through your instructions in the readme file as well as the video that is posted on various sites. There however is an issue with the way the version of the effcient theme i have installs. I was one of the very early purchases during the discount phase.
Have you released updates since that first release? I do not have any emails regarding any updated patches etc.
After trying to get everything installed with the current latest version of drupal 5.x and the latest stable requirements for each module. (I have no other modules other than tinymce installed that are not in your default set).
I get some errors when trying to go through the phase of setting up the proper fields example:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function _imagecache_get_presets() in /var/www/sitename.com/sites/all/modules/efficient/efficient.module on line 97
When i goto the /admin/settings/efficient.
Can i please speak to someone as I would like to get up and running soon. I have had the theme for quite a while but have not had time to use it till now.
What i would like is for someone to take a look and tell me what's wrong so if i have to reinstall I can do it without bothering support.
