Switching from bluebreeze to efficient theme

Hello,

I have a five-month old site that runs on the bluebreeze theme. It's time for me to "upgrade" the look and feel of my site and I like the efficient theme. Is there anything I should be aware of as I make this switch? I don't want to lose any current functionality and certainly don't want to lose all the content I've built up over the first five months. Does efficient work seamlessly with other modules such as private messaging, etc?


Are there any issues with efficient that I should be aware of?
