Publisher theme is built for Drupal 6

Hello,
The current Publisher theme on the Drupal themes page is now upgraded for Drupal 6.

Publisher does NOT work for me on drupal 6.6

I get the following error on the modules administration page: "

This version is incompatible with the 6.6 version of Drupal core."

I bought the Publisher and Efficient themes on 10/19. Are those verions not compatible with 6.6? If not, how can I upgrade.
