We are working on redoing our website and we are using Drupal 6.6. I installed all of the modules listed in the installation videos. However, when we upload files to the server, I just get the box with a red x in it. I checked permissions for the imagecache file and it is 775. I am a newbie to Drupal and to Ubuntu so I don't know what is going on. I did have it so I could see the thumbnails when I went into edit the page, but now I don't even see those. If i look at the properties, they show the right place, I am just not seeing them.

Also, if I double click the picture, I get a 500 internal server error.

It seems there is some problem with the installation. To check, kindly get back to us with the following details:

a.) The message you get in the box with red x

b.) URL of your website

c.) admin login details of your website

Once we have this information we will be able to assist you further.
