Steps 16 and 17 of installing publisher on an existing drupal site

Hello there --
I'm somewhat of a design noob, but I do have a comfortable understanding of drupal, and have installed many themes previously before deciding on Publisher, which I am in love with thus far.
My question is in how to proceed with items 16 and 17 in the installation guide:
"#16 Go to:
Setup the options as listed below and click save.
Featured_block 1
Image field for Featured block 1: Field_imagetheme
Image Cache preset for Featured block 1: Featured_block_1
Featured_block 2
Image field for Featured block 2: Field_imagetheme
Image Cache preset for Featured block 2: Featured_block_2
Featured_block 3
Image field for Featured block 3: Field_imagetheme
Image Cache preset for Featured block 3: Featured_block_3
Featured_block 4
Image field for Featured block 4: Field_imagetheme
Image Cache preset for Featured block 4: Featured_block_4
Category: Business News (or the category you setup)
Count of nodes: 4
# 17Go to
a. Assign the blocks to the regions and click save blocks.
Featured block 1 = content top
Featured block 2 = Feature block 2
Featured block 3 = Feature block 3
Featured block 4 = Right side bar
b. Click configure next to each featured block 1, 2, 3, and 4. Set the block title and page visibility settings as desired and click save. This will create an entry in the database so that the blocks function properly."

same issue in 16. Field_imagetheme is not set up
I do not have that available. The steps do not show how to set it up - how do I set it up manually or what am I missing in the original set up that it is not there?

I believe you didn't set up the Field_imagetheme image fields or perhaps a similar field issue oversight in the setup. I have asked you for more information by email so that I can troubleshoot for you.
