Assumptions
- You have Drupal friendly hosting: www.drupal.org/requirements
- You know how to create a database and how to use FTP.
- You have purchased and downloaded the Efficient-2.0 Drupal 6.x theme package with Install Profile. If you do not have this version then send a request via the contact form - please include your order number or purchase email so we can verify that you are a paying customer.
Instructions
- Unzip the Efficient theme package and upload all of the files to your server via ftp. As a convenience, the package comes with Drupal and all the required modules that have been tested and work with the site. Modules update often so doublecheck that you have the latest stable versions or after install Drupal's update status module will tell you what modules need to be updated.
- Create a database while your files are uploading. Make a note of the db name, username, and password as you will need it during your Drupal installation.
- Once the files finish uploading, browse to your website address,(the location you uploaded your files such as yoursite.com), select the Efficient Theme install profile and follow the steps to completethe installation process.
