Setup and User Guide
The Drupal Publisher theme fits almost any style website, such as a newspaper or magazine website, or any website that publishes content and desires a more elegant display of content for visitors. The Publisher theme gives Publishing agencies and other companies a way to showcase certain types of content on the homepage - like that of larger sites that have spent thousands on layout and design.

- The Publisher Theme gives you a design and preset layout configurations worth thousands in development for a fraction of th cost!
Publisher Theme Snapshot
The Drupal Publisher Theme block details (the numbers below correspond to the numbers on the image snapshot to the left):
1) Block 1 - JavaScript tabbed content using Publisher module.
2) Block 2 - First featured block region for content image teasers and category titles on the homepage.
3) Block 3 - Second featured block region for content image teasers and category titles on the homepage.
4) Block 4 - This right column block uses Imagecache like the other 3 featured block regions on the homepage. The image snapshots are smaller for this location and you can include as many as you'd like here.
The example video teaser we have added to the right column (top) and the left column blocks for categories on the homepage have all been added through the administer "blocks" menu within the administration section of Drupal. These were created by default as "blocks" because they only appear on the homepage and creating a dynamic display of these few blocks would've added several more layers of setup, complications, and instructions which is not really needed since they only appear on the homepage of the Drupal Publisher theme. That's it! The rest of the settings, particularly the Imagecache settings that size the front page teaser images, can be tweaked to your liking within the Imagecache settings page. For blocks #2 and #3 on the homepage (the ones under the JavaScript tabbed block) use these settings for example:
Crop - 193 (width) 111 (height) | X offset = center | Y offset = top
Block #4 (the right column teaser images) simply use this setting:
Resize - 76 (width) 79 (height)
You can feel free to change these to your liking though. Thanks!
